We get sent music all the time from a variety of sources. We don’t play it all because our station is all about the Oldies, Music from the 60s to the 90s to us is the best music and the songs are classics. Do we play new country or the latest pop song? Yes we will in certain situations such as requests from a live event or request in our radio shows. For the most part our music is older music. We tell people, “If you are over 50 you will love our music and if you are under 50 you may not know any songs!” We enjoy all music, but the heart of our station is the trucking music which is the focus of our brand, then the oldies which is our favourite music of all genres, then we like to help future artists so we have the Indie Radio Show. Our Tropical Daze Show is the tropical party music, but even that is older reggae and music. Check out excerpts from some of the shows below:
