Crude Awakening is our Preferred Artist of the Week this week on Lead Pedal Radio and will also be our special guests tonight on the Chords and Chrome Radio Show. This hard driving Rock Band has been together for a few years now and has veteran musicians making up the band. Their style of music is a classic rock style and they have a great following in the Waterloo Ontario area of Canada. Whether playing a local club or festival this band has the chops to get it done.
I met the band through drummer Blain Jeffrey who also works in the transportation industry for Sharp Transportation. Veteran truck driver and drummer Blain has played with the likes of Ronnie Hawkins and more. Since then we have gotten to know the band which is made up of great people.
The band is now going into the studio to record their second album due out later in 2026. We look forward to hearing some great music from the band.
