Welcome to another month and specifically a new Musician of the Month and that’s The Thompson Band. I’ve known The Thompson Band for over a decade in fact we met before we even had a podcast or radio station.
We both were involved with an organization called Trucking for a Cure which was holding trucking events to raise money for cancer research. Since then we have built a friendship and the band has been guests, advisors, and contributors to both our trucking podcast The Lead Pedal Podcast, the Cashing in on Creativity Podcast and the radio station. They recently played at our tailgate party celebrating 10 years with The Lead Pedal Podcast. More about that later.
This band is a great family band and are always in demand in the Ontario area and look for their new music store opening in Delhi Ontario in the near future. A big thank you to The Thompson’s for being our Musicians of the Month for June and look for more as we move through month.
