Lead Pedal Media was on hand to cover the Central Ontario Regional Truck Driving Championship (C.O.R.T.D.C) in Kitchener Ontario on June 13th 2026. The championship is one of several skills competitions within Ontario that all compete on a National Level at a later date. The competition is open to all commercial drivers and consists of a number of testing skills for drivers such as backing, inspections, and knowledge tests.
It had been a few years since Lead Pedal Media had covered the Central Ontario event. The pandemic shut the event down for a few years and Lead Pedal Media participated in Toronto area events the last couple of years so it was good to get back out to the Kitchener location. We were happy to see old friends and make new ones at the 2026 event.
