The Tropical Daze Duo is our Preferred Artist of the Week. Although no longer performing this duo has been on stages since the 80s. Joey May and Dan Peer both were part of a band called Northern Run, then Wayward, before creating the Tropical Daze Duo in the mid 2000s. The duo had a great banter onstage playing tropical sounds from artists such as Bob Marley, the Beach Boys, and Jimmy Buffett.
The duo has been instrumental in inspiring shows on Lead Pedal Radio from our own Tropical Daze Show of the same name to our love of tropical music. The duo no longer plays but you can hear their music here on the Tropical Daze Show on the station.
