Mike Murchison is our Preferred Artist this week on Lead Pedal Radio. This trucking musician hauls livestock much of the time and when he stops rolling on those tires he drives his creative side through his music.
Mike is still trucking and his velvet voice is popular making his songs something to be desired. His music isn’t necessarily trucking music but he does write about his experiences and his travels.
His song “Scars”, is based on his experiences on the road, winding through relationships, and more. “It Ain’t About Me” was written about the pandemic and how we all need to look out for each other.
